Construction of crossings using trenchless technologies

Our experience and our own engineering developments allow us to build crossings of the highest level of complexity

  • 4000+
    projects
  • 1.3 billion ₽
    annual investment in development

In the arsenal of our company: extra-long crossings (including butt holes), crossings with a large height difference (entry-exit), drilling from water from engineering platforms in the absence of natural entry-exit points, overcoming soils comparable in strength to metal, crossings with access to the sea

Технологии

  • Horizontal Directional Drilling

Horizontal directional drilling technology allows you to build crossings over natural and artificial obstacles: rivers, lakes, roads, railways, dams - simply by passing under them. It is cost-effective due to:

    • reduction of construction time, minimal involvement of labor force;
    • reduction of costs for control/repair of pipelines and liquidation of emergencies in case of deep lash (guarantee up to 100 years);
    • preservation of coasts, forests, protected areas, historical sites, park areas and highways.
  • Microtunneling

The technology is widely used in the construction and reconstruction of gas transmission systems in dense urban areas and without stopping the movement of all types of transport, as well as for connecting offshore and onshore sections of the pipeline during the construction of oil and gas pipelines.

Driving along the route with a laser navigation system guarantees high accuracy in the construction of both straight and curved tunnels.

With a considerable length, we use intermediate jacking stations, which allows us to lay long tunnels with a minimum number of intermediate pits or without them.

  • Direct Pipe

The method is a combination of horizontal directional drilling and microtunneling technology. It is used for laying pipelines under natural and artificial obstacles (rivers, highways, dams, etc.) in field and urban conditions, and is also widely used for the construction of pipelines with access to the sea.

The possibility of simultaneous drilling and pushing of the pipeline allows you to constantly keep the well in a stable condition, gives a high rate of penetration and high profitability of the project.

  • Horizontal auger drilling

The method is used for laying pipes under roads, railways, runways and in other cases when subsidence of soil on the surface is unacceptable, as well as in dense urban areas.

The drilling machine is installed in the pit and drills with an auger that cuts and extracts the soil. As the drilling machine moves forward, pipe sections and auger sections are added. The waste soil is removed only along the perimeter of the pushed pipe, which gives a full guarantee of the absence of deformation of the surface of the obstacle to be overcome.

Saint Petersburg

2014-2015

Customer: LLC "Petrokom"

Construction of a water conduit

Transitions made - 2
Total length - 350 m
Pipe diameter - 1000 mm

In the construction of the water supply system to the Western part of Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg, one press-screw unit and two horizontal directional drilling units were involved. To locate drilling complexes on sites in the channel part of the Neva River near Petrovskaya and Arsenalnaya specialists of SP VIS-MOS LLC, two temporary artificial platforms were built to carry the main load.

Main oil pipeline

Transitions made - 3
Total length - 2967 m
Pipe diameter -1220 mm, 273 mm

The construction of crossings across the Taz River has become one of the most technically complex facilities of the Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline system. start drilling operations before the opening of transport links arranged by winter roads Drilling operations were carried out in permafrost soil, in the conditions of the Arctic, at extremely low temperatures.

2011-2012

Customer: CJSC "Vankorneft"

Completed transitions - 8
Total length - 7043 m
Pipe diameter - 1220 mm, 820 mm

Drilling operations were carried out in permafrost with high abrasive properties. A drilling tool with special rock-breaking equipment was used for driving. Of particular difficulty was the preparatory period, due to the remoteness of the objects and the need to work in completely autonomous conditions.
