Horizontal Directional Drilling
Horizontal directional drilling technology allows you to build crossings over natural and artificial obstacles: rivers, lakes, roads, railways, dams - simply by passing under them. It is cost-effective due to:
- reduction of construction time, minimal involvement of labor force;
- reduction of costs for control/repair of pipelines and liquidation of emergencies in case of deep lash (guarantee up to 100 years);
- preservation of coasts, forests, protected areas, historical sites, park areas and highways.
-
Microtunneling
The technology is widely used in the construction and reconstruction of gas transmission systems in dense urban areas and without stopping the movement of all types of transport, as well as for connecting offshore and onshore sections of the pipeline during the construction of oil and gas pipelines.
Driving along the route with a laser navigation system guarantees high accuracy in the construction of both straight and curved tunnels.
With a considerable length, we use intermediate jacking stations, which allows us to lay long tunnels with a minimum number of intermediate pits or without them.

Direct Pipe
The method is a combination of horizontal directional drilling and microtunneling technology. It is used for laying pipelines under natural and artificial obstacles (rivers, highways, dams, etc.) in field and urban conditions, and is also widely used for the construction of pipelines with access to the sea.
The possibility of simultaneous drilling and pushing of the pipeline allows you to constantly keep the well in a stable condition, gives a high rate of penetration and high profitability of the project.

Horizontal auger drilling
The method is used for laying pipes under roads, railways, runways and in other cases when subsidence of soil on the surface is unacceptable, as well as in dense urban areas.
The drilling machine is installed in the pit and drills with an auger that cuts and extracts the soil. As the drilling machine moves forward, pipe sections and auger sections are added. The waste soil is removed only along the perimeter of the pushed pipe, which gives a full guarantee of the absence of deformation of the surface of the obstacle to be overcome.
