Today I would like to tell you about the work at the well pad backfilling site in the Nefteyugansk region of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District.
Filling works have started in 2020. There were mistakes, not everything went smoothly, it took time to form a reliable team of drivers, road equipment operators, and road workers.
Our backfillers work 24/7, all year round, regardless of weather conditions. Only extremely low temperatures, like last week down to -54 °C, give a short break. But this time was not wasted: the team gathered to discuss ideas and problems and find common ways to solve them. Employees speak openly with management, knowing what is needed and understanding that issues will be resolved as much as possible.
During this year, the team of project manager Igor Kurbanovich Beshimov built 5 oil sites with access roads to them with a total volume of 2,500,000 cubic meters, 8 flare sites, then briefly leaving for different oil fields, then again gathering in one section. And there is a new year ahead, new projects and new successes!
