The Nizhnevartovsk region of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District is located on the banks of the Ob River and is one of the largest centers of the Russian oil industry.
In September 2023, a construction of unique oil pipeline under the Siberian Ob River and its channels has been started: 10 underwater crossings with total length of about 11 km. There are 4 drilling facilities at the site with a traction force of 250 and 450 tons. The longest crossings in this project will be 1700 meters each.
Alexey Viktorovich Prisheltsev was appointed as a project manager. For Alexey, this is the first “trial by fire” in our company, of course, under strict leadership of Deputy General Director in charge for HDD Drilling - Dmitry Vadimovich Nebykov.
