REVIEW OF THE PERFORMED WORKS
Project site: “Out-door plumbing system in the village Cherny Otrog of the Saraktashsky region of the Orenburg region".
Within the period since October 6th to December 4th 2016 the “SP VIS-MOS” LLC has successfully made several crossings in construction of water supply system and sewage network by the horizontal directional drilling method as a specialized contractor in charge for drilling according to the contract.
The customer of the project was the Interregional public fund of Chernomyrdin named "Support and development of the middle class", General contractor was the "Yar-Mak-system" LLC.
The construction of new water supply and sewage networks in the village Cherny Otrog was a very important factor for improvement of comfortable living conditions and housekeeping of rural people, functioning of existing social and industrial facilities, construction and commissioning of a new nursery school for 220 kids, historical museum named after Chernomyrdin, general educational school for 350 persons.
Total length of completed water supply and sewage network has made up 4117 meters at pipe diameter of 225 mm and 1343 meters long at pipe diameter of 110 mm. The works were carried out using the DD-40B drill rig; soils were mainly presented by loamy soils.
Main difficulty during the work within constrained conditions of dense residential construction consisted in presence of many existing utilities, not indicated afield. However, specialists of the “SP VIS-MOS” LLC succeeded to complete the set of works within short timeframes dividing streets into sections 300-400 meters with relocation of drilling facilities from one section to another, as well as working from one drainage pit to another with water supply by water trucks.
